Who we are ….

We are a growing company based in a small city (Ada, Oklahoma). We are small enough to care about our employees (more than 850 strong) yet large enough to give staff members a place to work and grow into long-term careers. This is the vision our founder, Harland Stonecipher, created after a major traffic accident (that was not his fault) resulted in costly bills not covered by insurance policies. His dream of providing “Justice for All” has become a reality for more than a million families in the United States and Canada since 1972.

What we do ….

We market and sell legal service plans. Our most popular product is our family plan. For $26 a month or less, members and their families receive coverage for a broad range of preventive and court-related expenses (like toll-free access to a lawyer for legal counsel and advice). There are also special programs designed for small businesses, commercial truck drivers, law enforcement professionals, educators, real estate professionals and medical professionals.
